產(chǎn)品簡介

 

β-actin（β-肌動蛋白）是已知的肌動蛋白六種異構(gòu)體中的一種，是由375個氨基酸組成的細胞骨架蛋白，分子量大小為42 kDa左右。廣泛分布于細胞漿中，表達量非常豐富。β-actin作為一種管家基因編碼表達的蛋白（Housekeeping Protein），在不同物種之間高度保守。因此，在大多數(shù)組織和細胞中常被用作內(nèi)參，即內(nèi)部參照（Intern Control）。普遍應(yīng)用于Western Blot實驗來校正蛋白質(zhì)定量、上樣過程中存在的誤差，確保實驗的準確性。

本品為HRP標記的 小鼠抗β-actin單克隆抗體。
