            （一）細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)（體外實(shí)驗(yàn)）
            


            為了檢測1-Azakenpaullone對GSK-3的抑制作用，用30 μM 1-Azakenpaullone工作液和20 nM雷帕霉素分別孵育雷帕霉素耐藥的乳腺癌細(xì)胞系HCC1806不同時(shí)長（0~24 h）后，計(jì)數(shù)細(xì)胞。發(fā)現(xiàn)1-Azakenpaullone可以有效抑制細(xì)胞生長，這與GSK-3促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖作用相反。[1]
            


            （二）動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)（體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)）
            


            為了檢測1-Azakenpaullone在腎小球損傷的潛在作用，使用0.25 µM 1-Azakenpaullone處理曲霉素誘發(fā)腎小球損傷斑馬魚模型，與未給予1-Azakenpaullone組相比，給藥組心包水腫面積顯著減少，說明1-Azakenpaullone可有效保護(hù)曲霉素誘發(fā)的腎小球損傷。[2]
