產(chǎn)品描述
白血病抑制因子(LIF)是一種多效性因子，由多種細胞類型產(chǎn)生，包括T細胞、骨髓單核細胞譜系、成纖維細胞、肝臟、心臟和黑色素瘤。LIF通過抑制自發(fā)分化促進胚胎干細胞的長期維持。其他活性包括刺激肝細胞的急性期蛋白質(zhì)合成，刺激膽堿能神經(jīng)的分化，以及通過抑制脂肪細胞中的脂蛋白脂酶來抑制脂肪生成。雖然人LIF對小鼠細胞具有活性，并被廣泛用于維持小鼠ESC以防止自發(fā)分化，但小鼠LIF對人細胞沒有活性，因為它不能與人LIF受體結(jié)合。
本品重組小鼠LIF以凍干粉形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內(nèi)毒素、無多余標(biāo)簽。

The specific activity of > 1.0 × 108 IU/mg, where 50 units is defined as the amount of recombinant mouse LIF required to induce differentiation in 50% of the M1 colonies in 1 ml agar cultures. -25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。
復(fù)溶后， 2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個月有效期。
復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心，以將內(nèi)容物帶到底部。使用無菌去離子水復(fù)溶，重新配制至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的濃度，可根據(jù)后續(xù)實驗更進一步稀釋；長期儲存，建議稀釋緩沖液中加入載體蛋白(0.1% BSA); 分裝為一次實驗用量，-80℃凍存，避免反復(fù)凍融。
