產(chǎn)品簡介
人表皮生長因子（EGF）蛋白是一種天然存在的蛋白質(zhì)，在細胞生長和發(fā)育中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。它由體內(nèi)的各種細胞產(chǎn)生和釋放，包括皮膚、唾液腺和腎臟。EGF能夠刺激間充質(zhì)細胞和上皮細胞的增殖。EGF和FGF-2誘導(dǎo)分離自胚胎和成人大腦特定區(qū)域的神經(jīng)前體細胞的增殖。EGF的生物活性包括上皮發(fā)育、血管生成、抑制胃酸分泌、成纖維細胞增殖和培養(yǎng)中表皮細胞的集落形成。
本品以液體形式提供，具有高純度、高活性和低內(nèi)毒素特點。
