白細(xì)胞介素-3（Interleukin-3,IL-3）是一種造血生長因子，可促進(jìn)巨核細(xì)胞、粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞、紅系、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞譜系的定向祖細(xì)胞的存活、分化和增殖。IL-3由T細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞和嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，可增強(qiáng)血小板生成素、吞噬作用和抗體介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒性。其激活單核細(xì)胞的能力表明IL-3可能具有額外的免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。許多IL-3活性依賴于與其他細(xì)胞因子的共同刺激。
重組人IL-3是一種15.0kDa的重組蛋白，含有133個(gè)氨基酸殘基。本品由大腸桿菌表達(dá)，以凍干粉形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內(nèi)毒素、無標(biāo)簽。

儲(chǔ)存條件

復(fù)溶方法
建議將Human IL-3在無菌PBS中復(fù)溶至0.1-1.0 mg/ml的濃度。盡可能避免反復(fù)凍融。
