血管內(nèi)皮生長因子-A（VEGF-A）最初是從腫瘤細(xì)胞中分離出來的，由多種細(xì)胞類型產(chǎn)生。除了刺激血管生長和血管通透性外，VEGF-A還可能通過一氧化氮依賴途徑在刺激血管舒張中發(fā)揮作用。小鼠VEGF-A有幾種變體，其中一種是VEGF-120。大鼠和牛的VEGF比人因子短一個(gè)氨基酸，牛和人的序列同源性為95%。

-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。復(fù)溶后， 2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個(gè)月有效期。
復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復(fù)溶凍干的蛋白質(zhì)，復(fù)溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時(shí)將蛋白分裝為每次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。
