白細(xì)胞介素 17 (IL-17) 家族蛋白由六個(gè)成員（IL-17A 至 IL-17F）組成，是分泌性結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)蛋白，它們?cè)?C 端附近具有保守的胱氨酸結(jié)折疊，但在 N 端具有相當(dāng)大的序列差異。IL-17F 是 IL17RA 和 IL17RC 的配體。IL17A 和 IL17F 形成的異二聚體是 IL17RA 和 IL17RC 形成的異二聚體復(fù)合物的配體。參與刺激其他細(xì)胞因子（如 IL6、IL8 和 CSF2）的產(chǎn)生，并調(diào)節(jié)軟骨基質(zhì)周轉(zhuǎn)。

儲(chǔ)存條件
-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。復(fù)溶后， 2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個(gè)月有效期。
復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復(fù)溶凍干的蛋白質(zhì)，復(fù)溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時(shí)將蛋白分裝為每次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。
